The Process
Give us a call or send us an email and we will go through your circumstances with you (e.g. what house you are selling, when you want to move, etc). Everyone’s circumstances are different so we offer a service that is tailor-made for you.
We will then visit your home so that we can correctly value it and go through your options with you. We will make you an offer within 24 hours to buy your property and this will be guaranteed (i.e. no chain-breaking) and to a timescale to suit you.
If you choose to accept our offer, we will then go through with the sale.
You will have free access to our independent mortgage advisor, we will pay your legal fees (subject to a maximum amount) and we can also offer you £1,000 cashback after completion to help with the cost of moving.
